Designed by Bernardon, the building will include retail space on the ground floor with residential units above. The project will also feature a garage.

Renderings have been revealed for a four-story, 90-unit multi-family development at 90 Rochelle Avenue in Wissahickon, Northwest Philadelphia. Designed by JKRP Architects, the building will include 15 parking spaces, one of which will be ADA Compliant and two will be reserved for electric vehicles.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story, nine-unit multi-family building at 1726 North 22nd Street in Sharswood, North Philadelphia. In total, the project will contain 11,602 square feet of interior space. Emmanouil Lagoudakis is listed as the contractor for the project, with Scott Woodruff as the design professional. Construction costs are estimated at $950,000.

The upper two floors will hold five residential units. In total, the building contain 8,172 square feet of interior space. Permits have been issued for the construction of the 14-story Blue Ivy Hotel at 122 South 11th Street in Center City. Designed by DAS Architects and developed by the Estia Group, the hotel will offer 86 hotel rooms on the third through fourteenth floors. Restaurant space will be situated on the first and second floors. The tower will total 51,181 square feet of space. Permits list construction costs at $21.1 million.

Renderings have been revealed for a 196-unit multi-family development at 933 North Penn Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Designed by HDO Architecture, the building will rise seven stories tall and will include space for 57 cars and 66 bicycles. The building will feature a modern exterior that will feature brick at the ground floor, with white cladding at the upper floors, paired with black panels by the windows.

Renderings have been revealed for a 275-unit mixed-use development planned at 4301 Chestnut Street in Spruce Hill, West Philadelphia. Designed by JKRP Architects, the building will rise seven stories tall and feature 30,300 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The residential space will total 147,562 square feet. Amenity space on the second floor will span 3,278 square feet, with 7,895 square feet of common space on the ground floor. A 6,055-square-foot roof deck will be located at the top of the building. An underground garage will hold 75 parking spaces, with two expected to be handicap accessible, one set to be van accessible, four for electric vehicles, and two reserved for interior loading spaces.
