Once completed, the new building will stand four stories tall, with a roof deck located at the top. Inside, there will be 28 residential units (with three being designated for low incomes) and parking for 10 bicycles. In total, the building will yield 31,555 square feet. KCA Design Associates is the architecture firm behind the project.

Renderings have been revealed for a new mixed-use development proposed at 5709 Cottage Street in FrankfordNortheast Philadelphia. The new building will stand four stories tall, yielding 96,613 total square feet of space. The majority of this space (79,724 square feet) will be allocated for residential uses, with the building slated to contain 81 residential units. The remaining space (12,889 square feet) will be used for structure’s 43 planned parking spaces. KJO Architecture is the firm behind the project’s design.
