Renderings Revealed for 1440 Front Street in Olde Kensington

Renderings have been revealed for a 114-unit mixed-use development at 1440 Front Street in Olde Kensington, North Philadelphia. Designed by CANNOdesign, the new building will rise seven stories tall and span 88,497 square feet, with commercial space at the ground floor. The ground floor floor will also contain parking for 18 cars and 36 bicycles, along with amenity space. A roof deck will be located at the top of the structure, with an outdoor space at the ground floor and many units also including balcony space.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family building located at 1409 North 21st Street in Sharswood, North Philadelphia. Designed by MidAtlantic Engineering Partners, the new building will rise four stories and will hold 24 residential units and parking for 17 cars (one accessible) and eight bicycles. In total, the structure will span 33,322 square feet.

Renderings Revealed for 1314-42 Spring Garden Street in Callowhill

Renderings have been revealed for a new mixed-use development at 1314-32 Spring Garden Street in Callowhill. Designed by Volumetric Building Companies, the building will rise seven stories tall, with 1,598 square feet of retail space at the ground floor. The upper floors will contain 149 apartments, with a unit breakdown of 96 studios, 48 junior one bedrooms, and five two-bedrooms. Of the 28 parking spaces, three will be accessible, four will be auto-share spaces, and one will have an electrical charging station. Additionally, 60 bicycle spaces will be included within the project.
