Permits have been issued for the construction of a seven-story, 176-unit mixed-use building at 3417 West Indiana Avenue in Allegheny WestNorth Philadelphia. Designed by M Architects, the building will span 150,000 square feet of interior space and feature multiple commercial spaces on the ground floor and 74 parking spaces, with 18 to be used as compact spaces, four set to be accessible, and four more for electric vehicles. Parking for 64 bicycles will also be included. A green roof will be located atop the structure. Permits list Indiana Heights LLC and Plymouth Square Associates as the owners and ANC Builders Inc. as the contractor. Construction costs are estimated at $25 million.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a massive high-rise tower located at 300 North Christopher Columbus Boulevard in Northern Liberties on the Delaware River waterfront. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by The Durst Organization, the tower will rise 316 feet and 24 stories tall, and will hold 345,301 square feet of interior space. The ground floor will feature commercial space, while the upper portion of the structure will house 360 apartments. A garage situated within the building will offer parking to building residents. The development will also include the construction of a new park next door. The project is expected to cost $131.8 million to build.

Designed by BKV Group, the high-rise building will stand 12 stories tall and span 372,721 square feet of interior space. The development will offer 375 residential units as well as commercial space on the ground floor along Washington Avenue as well as a parking garage. Construction costs are listed at $62 million.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a four-story, 76-unit multi-family building located at 4701-15 Kingsessing Avenue in Squirrel HillWest Philadelphia. Designed by JKRP Architects, the development will include 55 parking spaces, two of which will be ADA accessible and van accessible, as well as one reserved for car sharing.
