Exterior Work Progresses at The Block At SoNo in Northern Liberties

Construction work is making rapid progress on The Block at SoNo (also known as SoNo and SoNo Apartments), a 49-unit mixed-use development located at 456 North 5th Street in Northern Liberties. Designed by ISA Architects, the building stands four stories tall, with three commercial spaces on the ground floor, of which one will face North 5th Street, while the other two will open onto the parking lot at the building’s rear. Construction Equipment Arrives at One Dock Street in Society Hill, Center City

Construction equipment has arrived at the site of One Dock Street, a 374-foot-tall, 31-story high-rise proposed in Society HillCenter City. Designed by BLT Architects, the tower will contain 272 residential units and will be connected to the existing four-story Marriot Hotel. Amenities will include a roof deck and a roof-top pool. In total, the tower will hold 288,997 square feet of space.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a five-unit multi-family building at 2710 Ridge Avenue in BrewerytownNorth Philadelphia. Upon completion, the building will stand three stories tall and will feature a roof deck accessible via a pilot house. Construction Progresses at West & Main, a SORA West Hotel in Conshohocken, PA

Framework is rising rapidly on West & Main, the hotel portion of the larger SORA West development in downtown Conshohocken, PA. Developed by Keystone Property Group, the hotel was initially planned to house 165 rooms, but has since been downsized to 127 rooms, which will still provide a meaningful boost for the town. The hotel is part of the Hilton Tapestry Collection and will hold 3,422 square feet of conference space, a 1,080-square-foot lobby, and a 1,363-square-foot dining facility that will be situated at the second floor of the neighboring historic firehouse.
