Permits have been issued for two three-story multi-family buildings at 1232 and 1236 West Erie Avenue in Juniata in Upper North Philadelphia. Designed by Parallel Architecture Studio, each building will contain three residential units, for a combined total of six apartments. The structure at 1232 West Erie Avenue will hold 4,167 square feet of space, while the building at 1236 West Erie Avenue will hold 4,381 square feet of space. Both buildings will cost $300,000 to construct, according the permits.

Permits Issued for 1772 North Front Street in Olde Kensington

Permits have been issued for a multi-family renovation and addition to an existing three-story pre-war rowhome at 1772 North Front Street in Olde Kensington. Designed by Lo Design, the project will add additional floor space to the existing structure while the remainder of the space will be renovated. Four apartments will be included in the project, as well as a commercial space on the ground floor facing Front Street. In total, the building will span 7,505 square feet of space, of which 725 square feet will be located within the addition. Construction costs are listed at $1 million.

Site Prep Continues For Multi-Family Building at The Promenade at Granite Run in Middletown Township

Site prep work is making progress at the site of a large multi-family building planned at the edge of The Promenade At Granite Run, a mixed-use redevelopment at the site of the former Granite Run Mall in Lima in Middletown Township, PA. No specific renderings or plans have been released for the building, although the structure’s stats have been mentioned in brochures for the shopping center, listing 208 apartments to be added to the property, all set to be apartments. Developed by BET Investments, the structure will include “state-of-the-art virtual fitness clubs, a lavish pool an numerous socially engaging amenities.”
