The building stands four stories tall, and will be retrofitted to hold 21 apartments. In total, the structure spans 27,000 square feet of space. Renovation work is estimated at $900,000.

No specific renderings or plans have been released for the building, although the structure’s stats have been mentioned in brochures for the shopping center, listing 208 apartments to be added to the property, all set to be apartments. Developed by BET Investments, the structure will include “state-of-the-art virtual fitness clubs, a lavish pool an numerous socially engaging amenities.”

The stricture will house a research facility for Penn and will rise six stories tall, with academic space on the lower floors and a research center on the upper floors. The development will also include 29 parking spaces.

Designed by Moto Designshop, the new building is expected to rise six stories tall and hold 29 apartments. The building will contain 26,550 square feet of space.
