Crane Removed From Arthaus At 311 South Broad Street In Washington Square West, Center City

The large crane that was attached to the south side of Arthaus at 311 South Broad Street in Center City has been removed from the structure. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Dranoff Properties, the 47-story tower stands 542 feet high and will have 108 condominium units, with leasing already underway. The tower has grown into the skyline over the past year and is looking close to completion.

Renderings have been revealed for a large 115-unit multi-family development at 801 North 19th Street at the so-called Francisville Triangle site in FrancisvilleNorth Philadelphia. Designed by NORR, the building will rise five stories tall and will feature will total 104,596 square feet of interior space, with units ranging from 498 to 1,004 square feet. The basement will hold 52 parking spaces for the residents. An amenity area will be situated at the fifth floor.

Renderings have been revealed for a 67-unit multi-family development at 1015 South 3rd Street in Queen VillageSouth Philadelphia. Designed by HDO Architecture, the building will rise four stories tall. The unit count was achieved via zoning bonuses coming from the project’s inclusion of low-income housing and a green roof. The project will include 23 bicycle stalls as well as an additional four more at the sidewalk.
