The project will total five homes at 2231 Cross Street, 2232 Cross Street, 2235 Cross Street, 2249 Cross Street, and 2252 Cross Street. Each structure will rise two stories tall so as to fit in with the rest of the block, and each will cost an estimated $102,500 to build.

Renderings have been revealed for The Royale, a 77-unit building proposed at 6910 Ridge Avenue in Roxborough, Northwest Philadelphia. Designed by M Architects and developed by Stamm Development Group, the structure will rise four stories, with parking included at the ground floor. The modern exterior will stand out along the corridor. Towards the front, brightly colored cladding will cover the top three floors as the most prominent feature of the structure. The ground floor will include the entrance to the drive aisle. The rear portion will feature gray brick, adding more texture and contrast to the design. Windows will alternate in width, creating a pattern that will be a notable feature of the structure, while allowing a large amount of natural light to reach the interior.
Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story, three-unit residential building at 1454 North 57th Street in Carroll Park, West Philadelphia. The development is located on the west side of the block between Master Street and Media Street. The wood-framed structure will contain 2,497 square feet of interior space and will feature a basement and full sprinkling.
