The structure will rise at a mostly vacant lot on the east side of the block between Lancaster Avenue and Westminster Avenue. The wood-framed structure will span a 1,216-square-foot footprint, contain 2,736 square feet of interior space, and feature full sprinkling. Permits list DMB Investment LLC as the owner, Scott Woodruff as the architect, and Aimes LLC as the contractor.

Permits have been issued at the site of Broad and Washington at 1001 South Broad Street in Hawthorne, at a massive plot of land situated at one of the busiest intersections in South Philadelphia. Upon completion, the structure will rise 15 stories. Multiple commercial spaces will be situated at the ground floor, fronting both Broad Street and Washington Avenue. The upper floors will hold a whopping 1,111 residential units. In total, the complex will hold 1,516,218 square feet of space and cost nearly $306 million to build.

The building will rise from a vacant site located on the northeast side of the block between West Susquehanna Avenue and West Dauphin Avenue. The building will rise from a 1,209-square-foot footprint and will feature a commercial space on the ground floor. The structure will contain 3,627 square feet of interior space and will feature a roof deck, which will offer open skyline views due to the building’s prominently sited location.

Designed by KCA Design Associates, the building will rise five stories tall and will feature a commercial space on the ground floor. At the top of the structure, a roof deck will provide an amenity space of rebuilding residents. In total, the building will hold 14,432 square feet of space, with construction costs estimated at $2 million. GRIT Construction is the contractor.

Permits have been issued for the construction of three new multi-buildings located at 711-19 North 7th Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. One of the buildings will rise four stories tall, with a commercial space on the ground floor, and five residential units above. The building will hold 7,220 square feet of space, and cost an estimated $866,400 to build. The other two buildings appear to be twin structures with identical numbers. Each will rise four stories tall, with a green roof located at the top. A commercial space will be located on the ground floor of both buildings, with eight residential units situated on the upper floors. In total, both buildings will hold 10,504 square feet of space, and cost an estimated $1,260,480 to build.
