Construction Still Pending at Broad + Pine at 337 South Broad Street in Washington Square West, Center City

As we expected, a recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has revealed no construction progress at Broad + Pine at 337 South Broad Street (also known as 337-41 South Broad Street) in Washington Square West, Center City; more surprising is that demolition has also not yet begun, although permits have already been issued.
