Excavation Underway at 5019 Pentridge Street in Cedar Park, West Philadelphia

A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has discovered that construction work has commenced at a three-story, six-unit residential structure at 5019 Pentridge Street in Cedar Park, West Philadelphia. The building will be located along Pentridge Street, on a block bound by 51st Street and 52nd Street. Designed by Kore Design Architecture, the project will span 6,634 square feet. Permits list TNA Builders LLC as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $940,000.

YIMBY Shares Renderings for 250 Gates Street in Manayunk, Northwest Philadelphia

Last month, Philly YIMBY reported that permits have been issued for the construction of two four-story single-family buildings at 250 Gates Street in Manayunk, Northwest Philadelphia; today we share renderings for the project. Also known under the address of 4768R-72 Silverwood Street, the two structures are tentatively listed as Parcel A and Parcel B. Each of the buildings lists JOs. Serratore & Co. Architect as the designer and Meir Badush of Northeast Renovations LLC as the contractor.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story two-family residential building at 3635 Earp Street in Forgotten Bottom, South Philadelphia. The new structure will replace a part of a large vacant lot situated on the north side of the block between South 36th Street and Schuylkill Avenue. The structure will span 3,037 square feet and will feature a cellar and a roof deck. Permits list Kevin O’Neill as the design professional and specify McAleer Construction as the contractor.

Philly YIMBY’s recent site visit has confirmed that construction is complete at The Lola, a four-story, 30-unit mixed-use development at 5959 Ridge Avenue in Roxborough, Northwest Philadelphia. The project stands at the eastern corner of Ridge and Monastery avenues. Designed by Bright Common and developed by TierView Property Management, the new building spans 31,785 square feet and includes ground-floor commercial space, bicycle parking, and a roof deck. Permits list Knight Rider Construction as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $3.2 million.

Construction Complete at AMBLE at 40 South 2nd Street in Old City

A recent site visit by Philadelphia YIMBY noted that construction work is complete at AMBLE, a seven-story, 61-unit mixed-use building at 40 South 2nd Street in Old City. The development replaces a parking lot situated on the west side of the block between Market and Chestnut streets. Designed by CANNOdesign, the building spans 51,623 square feet and features ground-level retail, a basement, and a roof deck. Permits list the Tester Construction Group as the contractor and indicate a construction cost of $10.5 million.
