The four-story, 69-unit building will rise above the neighborhood dominated by two- to three-story rowhouses, and its 51,410 square feet will make it one of the area’s largest structures. The multi-family residential structure is designed by JKRP Architects. The building will include a bike room and a green roof.

The Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia is the listed owner and the project is a part of the City of Philadelphia Demolition Program. Pedro Palmer Construction Incorporated is the contractor. The work is projected to cost $13,500.
