A six-story, 102-unit residential building is proposed at 7165 Keystone Street in the Tacony neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia. A Civic Design Review document submitted by Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture earlier this year reveals the details on the 115,252-square-foot structure that will rise as an encore to the adjacent Keystone Lofts, sited in a two-story prewar industrial building. The structure will feature an industrial space at the ground floor, studio to two-bedroom apartments on the floors above, and 35 parking spaces in the rear.

The Point Breeze neighborhood in South Philadelphia has seen a growing number of new residential projects in recent years, and one of the largest of the type now on the drawing boards for a site at 1622-40 Point Breeze Avenue. The four-story, 69-unit building will rise above the neighborhood dominated by two- to three-story rowhouses, and its 51,410 square feet will make it one of the area’s largest structures.
