Floor plans have been recently revealed for Ultra Labs University City at 125 North 32nd Street in University City, West Philadelphia. Developed by the Republic Properties and Scheer Partners, the structure will rise 190 feet and 19 stories tall and will contain 185,279 square feet of interior space. The mixed-use building will combine laboratory and office space, joining the many lab buildings located throughout University City.

Permits Issued for Renovation at 260 West Johnson Street in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia

Permits have been issued for interior renovations of 260 West Johnson Street in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia. The project will create six residential units within the existing three-story structure. An additional apartment will be added within a carriage house also located on the property, adding a total of seven units to the lot. Greenzang Incorporated is the contractor for the project. Construction costs are estimated at $170,000.

Structural framework has reached the pinnacle at Southbridge Phase Two, located at 701 South 19th Street in Graduate Hospital, South Philadelphia. The building rises four stories tall and holds seven condo units. Developed by Zatos Investments, the building stands next to Southbridge Condos Phase One, which is bringing six residential units to the market, making for a combined 13 units between the two phases.

Philadelphia offers a great number of that showcase the growing skyline. Though photographers always seek a new perspective of the skyline, the time-tested, iconic spots are still available to capture for the sake of the beauty in frame that has been captured for multiple years. On the list, the most iconic spots include the walkways of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the view from Spring Garden Street Bridge, and lastly the South Street Bridge view. Today, we observe the skyline from the South Street Bridge, which puts multiple new developments in the spotlight.

The concrete structure has topped out at The Laurel Rittenhouse at 1911 Walnut Street in Rittenhouse Square, Center City. Developed by the Southern Land Company and designed by Solomon Cornwell Buenz, a team that is also collaborating on a residential tower underway nearby at 1620 Sansom Street, The Lauren Rittenhouse rises just to the northwest of Rittenhouse Square Park. The building already stands 49 stories tall, and will shortly rise to its final planned height of 599 feet. The development will feature 185 rental units and 64 luxury condominiums.
