A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has revealed that construction has not yet started at a 22-unit mixed-use development at 2226-34 North Front Street in Norris Square. The building will rise five stories and 55 feet high. A commercial space will be situated on the ground floor and green roof will be located at the top of the building., which will provide a density bonus that will allow for a higher number of residential units. Eight bicycle spaces will also be included in the project. In total, the building will hold 18,277 square feet of space, with construction costs listed at $2.7 million.

A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has revealed that construction has not yet started at a four-story, four-unit apartment building at 1426 North 7th Street in LudlowNorth Philadelphia, although permits have been issued last September. The structure will rise on the west side of the block between Master and Jefferson streets, where much development has taken place in recent years. Designed by Cadre Design & Development, the building will span 4,390 square feet, lending an average of nearly 1,100 square feet per apartment. Permits list the United Group General Contractor Inc. as the contractor and a construction cost of $437,000.

Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture, the building is planned to rise five stories and span 48,275 square feet, and contain commercial space and 60 residential units. Features will include surface parking for 12 cars, space for 20 bicycles, an amenity roof deck at the second floor, and full sprinkling. A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has confirmed that construction work is nearing completion at a two-building, 24,000-square-foot warehouse development at 510 East Haines Street in East Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia. Designed by the Trans-Pacific Engineering Corporation, the development consists of a two-story warehouse and an adjacent shed, described in the permit as “for use as wholesale, distribution, and storage,” and an adjacent parking lot. Permits list Lehigh Valley Building Systems as the contractor and a construction cost of $750,000.
