Construction is progressing on a multi-family structure at 1308-10 North Front Street in Fishtown, Kensington. The building will include 10 residential units, with one unit having access to a roof deck that will offer sweeping views of the skyline.
Foundation excavation is nearly complete at 2222 Market Street, where a 20-story structure will soon rise. Designed by Gensler and developed by Parkway Commercial Properties, the glass clad building with stone highlights will replace a 21,000-square-foot parking lot. The 329,100-square-foot building will stand around 300 feet tall, adding a substantial amount of floor space to Center City West.
Completion approaches at the Milk Depot, a three-story, 17-unit residential development at 1327-33 North Marston Street in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The building is developed by Argo Property Group, which is behind many projects in the neighborhood. The development, built as-of-right, will feature a lounge and private office space. Tester Construction is the contractor.
Exterior work has is complete at 909 Corinthian Avenue in Francisville, North Philadelphia. The building stands three floors tall and will hold 14 residential units once completed. The project is the second phase of a greater development, with the first phase being a 22-unit renovation of a larger structure to the north. MM Partners is the developer of the project.
