Designed by Bernardon, the development spans 184,679 square feet and will feature 3,208 square feet of retail as well as 51 parking spaces. Permits specify a construction cost of $18 million.

The development team was permitted to include the current unit count via The green roof and mixed-income density bonuses were applied to bring the project up to its current unit count. Permits specify construction costs $35 million.

The building will house 115,954 square feet of space designated for classrooms, student collaborative space, and a data science hub. The building is being built with mass timber construction.

Designed by Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture (also known as HDO Architecture), with Turn Key Realty LLC as the contractor, the massive development will span 412,703 square feet and cost at $72 million to construct.

Designed by JKRP Architects, the structure will feature 83,667 square feet of residential area. All units will be designated as co-living spaces, boasting 239 beds in total. The project will also include 3,989 square feet of retail on the ground floor and 8,854 square feet of office and amenity space. A 17,790-square-foot underground garage will hold 41 parking spaces, with two being ADA-compliant and three designated for electric vehicles. A total of 22 bicycle spaces will be included, as well. Permits list a construction cost of $17.2 million.
